Refund and cancellation terms for Build 4 Store projects and plans.
Overview
We want you to be happy with our work. This policy explains when refunds apply.
Project fees
If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we refund the part of the fee for work not delivered. Work already completed and delivered is not refundable.
Monthly and annual plans
You can cancel a plan at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Refunds for unused months of an annual plan are reviewed case by case.
Third-party costs
Fees paid to platforms, domain registrars, theme or app providers are not refundable by us.
